So its been a few days, but I have NOT been idle.
The weekend was a bust. I was busy still unpacking from that move. It was exhausting; I'm not gonna lie, but we got through a lot of boxes. The issue isn't just unpacking, its finding room for everything! So we have to declutter at the same time. Make constant decisions. I'm not trying to get this all done in a weekend or even a week. This will take time! The first goal was to create pathways to the important stuff — like the washing machine LOL. So, mission accomplished.
I went to church on Sunday. I'll be honest, there are times I miss a week, but I do try and have us all go every weekend. Church services are long. And afterwords, if you have some errands to run, like I did this Sunday, suddenly you day is shot. Don't get me wrong. That sermon this week was everything! I just need to manage my Sunday time better.
So, now to business.
For the past few days, I have been doing the follow/unfollow strategy on Twitter and gained almost 200 followers. I have been following more FB folk and gained some friends. I've been up on my “building” game. 🙂
I've added a few posts on FB and Twitter. What I have NOT been doing is lifestyle posts on Twitter, and I realize I should have been. So when I post something on FB, I'll do the same for Twitter. I also got added to more FB networking groups.
I've started prospecting! I did get a new course (yes, I'm a bit of a course junky) but this one was sorely needed (I swear! LOL). It was a prospecting course and a bit of an expansion of a free webinar* that I attended. In fact, this webinar is doing a part 2 on Wednesday, so get registered!* This course teaches you the proper way to prospect people using Facebook messenger — building rapport very quickly, transitioning to talking about business, and then getting the sale. It is AMAZING and in the short period of time I have already changed how I communicate — for the better. Oh and there are NO SCRIPTS!!!!
I started a chat with 3 people yesterday. The first one went VERY WELL. She is interested in coaching. I had given her a great idea for her business. I'm so much better at coming up with great strategies for other's businesses LOL. Anyways, she loved it and she was open to being part of my mailing list. So +1 subscriber! 🙂
So, here's something that I've been doing differently to “get the job done”. When I go to ManageFlitter and follow 1,000 people, I don't do it all at once. I do 50 at a time. Yes, that means I go in 20 times a day. BUT — I am doing this while in a meeting (you are just pressing a button so its easy to still pay attention), on the way to the bathroom, during lunchtime, first thing in the morning, etc. It takes less than 5 minutes to follow 50 people. I stop at 50 because Twitter does NOT like you to go too fast and follow too many at once. It thinks you are a bot and then you're in Twitter jail. Ask me how I know this. LOL
Oh, and here's the best part about the past couple of days! I was interviewed by one of the companies I am affiliated with! I recently had a $1,000 day (this is before I started the chronicles) and they wanted to chat with me about my success. I'm super proud of that. This is EXPOSURE! I'll post the link to the call when I get it.
Something else I wanted to mention. I am working my business through a to-do app called Toodle-do. It is one of the best to-do apps EVER! I am still tweaking how I work with it — trying to simplify (but not too much). When I get it to the point that it's awesome, I'll do a training on it so it can help some of you.
Ok. This blog post done. 🙂 I'm focused majorly on prospecting this coming week (and beyond). I am also doing a solo ad. I'll post about that and show you my results.

This should be obvious, but I do use affiliate links on some things. I will never recommend something I don't use myself, and you don't spend any extra money, but I get a few cents for the recommendation. Hey, don't hate — duplicate!https://a.optmnstr.com/app/js/api.min.js
